Alyssa Messick is a licensed nail professional with over 13 years of experience in the luxury spa industry. Growing up Alyssa spent lots of time in her mother’s salon where she gained her appreciation of building relationships with clients and her love for nail services before pursuing the industry herself. She has honed her skills at esteemed locations like Hotel Hershey Spa, Nemacolin Woodlands Spa and Melt Spa by Hershey. Alyssa has earned a reputation for providing her clients with not just beautiful nails, but also a personalized experience. Her expertise, combined with her warm and welcoming demeanor has made her a trusted name in the industry. Today, as the proud owner of her own luxury nail spa, Alyssa continues to elevate the standard of nail care in Central Pennsylvania.

Nina brings both talent and a warm, inviting presence to Monarch. Her dedication to mastering her craft, combined with her attention to detail, ensures that you’ll receive an exceptional experience every time. Since she was young, Nina has always been in love with all things beauty! She too, grew up around the industry and became mesmerized with client before and afters. Outside of doing nails, Nina loves baking and being involved with theatre.

Jacqueline previously owned a full-service salon & day spa. She brings many years of experience in natural nail care. She has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years and loves working face to face with spa guests most of all. Her favorite service at the spa is the anti-aging treatment. And the signature Monarch services are a close second.When she is not at Monarch, Jacqueline can usually be found directing a high school musical or with a brush in hand - painting a wall mural. She loves art, jazz music, vintage style, and spending time with family.

Haley has been in the nail industry for 6 years now. She developed a love for all things nails at a young age when her grandma would take her out for girls-day-out at the nail salon. After graduating cosmetology school in 2019 Haley started working at Melt Spa where she met Alyssa and formed an instant connection. After three years at Melt, she continued to grow her craft, gaining experience and refining her skills in new, inspiring environments. Haley says “I am very honored to be at Monarch and to work alongside Alyssa once again”. In her free time Haley loves to be with her new husband and two dogs. She and her hubby are very much a homebody-couple, but when they aren’t home you can find them with their families! They just got married in October 2025 and can't wait to see what the future holds!

Alexa received her cosmetology license in 2019 and has loved providing luxury nail services ever since. Her love for nails started when she was a kid, going with her mom to get hers done. Her skill is an asset to the spa and her care for Monarch guests is fabulous. When Alexa isn't at the spa, she is all about spending time with family and sprinkling a little Disney magic into life.

Jenesa has always had a love for the arts - in many mediums. Nail arts just so happens to be one of them! She received her nail license in 2024 but is already excelling providing natural and gel services. And she rocks at providing great customer service. She is so excited to meet everyone, build genuine connections, and increase her skill in nail art. While working at the salon, Janesa is also a part-time college student majoring in psychology. When she is not at school or working, she's watching anime, reading manga, hanging out with friends and family, or with her most precious furbaby, Maggie.
